We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee where you can try our products risk-free. Products covered by this guarantee include Weighted DreamSack™. We ask that you use the product consistently for a full 30 days to give it time to deliver the best results. If after 30 days of use you are still not satisfied, we offer a full refund to compensate you for your time.

Money-back guarantee requests must be made within 5 weeks of receiving the product.

We know that our products take some getting used to and that the best effect is often seen with regular use. Therefore, we recommend that you give it time and try it thoroughly and we are ready to support you through this trial period.We are confident that you will love our products and experience real, beneficial results, which is why we offer this guarantee with confidence.

Payment options

GO PLEY LIMITED (BabyBalmy) accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, Mobilepay, Viabill, Klarna.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped. We do not charge card fees.

Reservation of amount
Paying with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item

2) the money is released as agreed with your card issuer.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

We are currently offering free shipping on packages sent with DAO.

You will always receive a tracking and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to you or your chosen package shop.

Right of withdrawal

To qualify for our money-back guarantee, simply follow these instructions:

1. Take a clear photo of your baby before using our Weighted DreamSack (proof documented by camera roll).

2. Take a clear photo of your baby after 30 days of using the Weighted DreamSack along with a photo of the used product (proof documented by camera roll).

3. Send an email to our customer service (info@babybalmy.com).

4. Your application will be processed within 2-3 days after submission.

Please ensure your photos have valid date and time stamps (should be screenshots from the camera roll). Make sure that both before and after photos are clear, and the dates on both images are visible.

Requests for the money-back guarantee must be submitted within four months of product receipt.

Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we are not satisfied with the provided evidence.

Returns

If you regret your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, you are covered by the right of withdrawal and are entitled to a refund, provided the item is returned in the same condition as at the time of purchase. Returned products must be used to be accepted for a refund. We will send you a return label via email, and you are responsible for the return costs. The return fee is 84 DKK, which covers the return costs (including return label), handling fees, administrative fees, and energy surcharge for DAO or GLS.

Please print and fill out this cancellation form: https://babybalmy.dk/pages/fortrydelsesformular and include it with your return so we can identify that the package comes from you.

Once we receive your return package, we will process the return and ensure that all goods are returned in the same condition. We will refund all payments you have made, including delivery costs (although not additional costs if you have chosen a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer).

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. We can withhold the payment until we have received the item, provided you can document that the item has been returned.

Items should be sent to GO PLEY LIMITED’s warehouse. Contact us at info@babybalmy.com to receive a return label — it is only with this label that we can process your return.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address we provide via the return label; we will forward them to you.

If you do not pick up your package at the selected package shop.

In case you do not pick up your package at the selected package shop, DAO will send you reminders if you choose delivery to a package shop near you. After three reminders, the package will be sent back to us. This return process takes 14 days, and if you are not present to receive your money back, for there have gone 14 days from the day, the package is sent back to us. You must contact our customer service at info@babybalmy.com if you are unable to pick up the package. You then have two choices: either we can resend your package at the same cost, or you can cancel the order (Must be done 14 days after the package is sent back). By cancelling your order, you will be frustrated 112 DKK in cancellation fees. If you choose, we should send the package, you will also become frustrated with the cost of reshipping the package. Once we have received payment, the package will be resent within 1-2 business days.

Right of complaint

A two-year warranty is provided on products according to Danish sales law. This warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

If your claim is justified, it means that you can have the product repaired, exchanged, receive an online store credit, or get a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

Claims regarding defects and shortcomings must be reported to GO PLEY LIMITED within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Two months are considered a reasonable period.

BabyBalmy (GO PLEY LIMITED) covers the costs of returning the product to a reasonable extent.

Claims are not accepted if sent C.O.D (cash on delivery).

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not sell or share your personal information with others. It is only registered in our customer database. You can always request to have your data deleted.

To enter into an agreement with BabyBalmy (GO PLEY LIMITED), we need the following information:

• Name

• Address

• Email address

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the product to you. Personal information is stored by BabyBalmy (GO PLEY LIMITED) for up to eight years and is then deleted.

When we collect personal information through our website, it is always done with your explicit consent, so you know exactly what information we collect and why.

The director and employees of BabyBalmy (GO PLEY LIMITED) have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store or transmit customer information in an encrypted form.

As a registered customer of BabyBalmy (GO PLEY LIMITED), you always have the right to object to the registration of your information and to gain insight into what information we have registered about you. Complaint options

A complaint about a product or service must be filed with the Board of Appeals, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Appeals Houses. The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution is not found, you can bring your complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

To file a complaint, the product or service you are complaining about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK.

You must pay a fee to have your complaint processed.
